Fix'n 2 Stay or Sell^TM is the collaboration between a former educator and a former litigator who happen to be aunt & niece.

Working together since 1999, Wendy Waselle and Kelly Murray are industry veterans with distinctive home decor, craft and juvenile products as well as extensive experience consulting for real estate-related product manufacturers, service providers and professional organizations along with home owners and sellers.

Waselle & Murray have licensed and/or sold products to: the JoAnn Stores, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Meijer Stores, QVC, Crayola®/Binney & Smith, Springs Industries. Their innovative juvenile home décor products have also won numerous awards, including the National Parenting Center Seals of Approval, Dr. Toy Awards/100 Best Children’s Products, and NAPPA (National Parenting Publication Award).

Wendy Waselle, MA, has a masters degree in education and a flair for real estate success - having developed the hot staging markets currently enjoyed in both Chicago and Nashville. In addition to testing new marketing techniques for home staging and REALTORS and training local real estate brokerages and home owners, Waselle currently serves as a marketing consultant and licensing agent for consumer product manufacturers, real estate-related service providers and professional organizations. She is a sought-after real estate speaker (for professionals and "civilians" alike). Waselle is also a recurring guest on the radio show "Real Estate Matters."

Kelly Lise Murray, J.D.
With degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Law School and active law and real estate licenses, "Professor" Murray currently teaches legal writing part time as an Instructor in Law at Vanderbilt University Law School. Beyond law and in addition to her product development and manufacturing background, Murray combines expertise in consumer direct workshop, clinic and class curriculum for national retail chains including the JoAnn Stores, as well as innovative marketing, branding and promotion with entrepreneurial transaction experience.
